World Children’s Day is UNICEF’s annual day of action for children, by children. It marks the anniversary of the adoption of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).

This year, the theme in China is one of growing concern – children and adolescents’ mental health.

Every child has the right to grow up in loving, nurturing and safe environments, with supportive relationships and access to quality mental health and psychosocial support.

This #WorldChildrensDay, and every day, let’s prioritize children and young people’s mental health.
